TAPAUfest is making a comeback to Resort Tasik Raban, Lenggong on 7th and 8th October 2023 for a weekend arts and outdoor festival celebrating indie community and movement!
Continuing with the theme #SerumpunBerpesta, TAPAUfest will be bringing together top and rising indie artists from Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand to #LepakLenggong together with their supporters and fans for a weekend out in the sun.. (or maybe some rain!)

Di LAYAR pula terdapat tayangan filem pendek dan dokumentari dari pembikin filem indie.

1. Macam mana nak redeem wristtag? How to redeem your wristtag?
E-ticket akan dihantar ke email anda setelah membeli tiket. Tunjukkan QR code yang terdapat dalam e-ticket itu (tak perlu cetak, boleh tunjuk melalui telefon pintar), untuk discan di kaunter dan anda akan diberikan wristband.
An e-ticket has been sent to your email after purchasing the ticket. Show the QR code in the e-ticket (no need to print, show it on your phone) which will scanned at the counter for wristtag redemption.
2. Bolehkah saya tukar tangan untuk tiket? Can the ticket change hands?
Tidak boleh. Ini kerana setiap QR code mempunyai butiran anda. Sekiranya anda tidak dapat hadir dan ingin memberi tiket kepada orang lain, penganjur tidak bertanggungjawab sekiranya QR kod anda telah digunakan.
No. This is because each QR code has your details. If you want to give your ticket to somebody else, the organiser will not be responsible if your QR code has been used
3. Adakah tiket festival termasuk tiket campsite? Is the campsite fees included in the festival ticket?

4. Macam mana nak beli tapak campsite dalam Resort Tasik Raban? How do I purchase the campsite at Resort Tasik Raban?
Cara pembelian tapak campsite akan diumumkan di www.TAPAUfest.asia dan melalui social media (@tapaufest) dalam masa terdekat. Terdapat 100 tapak campsite yang akan dikendalikan oleh Santuy Travellers, manakala terdapat campsite untuk bikepackers yang dikendalikan Outsiders Bike.
How to purchase the campsite will be announced soon. There will be 100 spots at the campsite by Santuy Travellers and for bickpackers there will be spots at the campsite by Outsiders Bikes.
5. Di mana tempat tinggal terdekat dari lokasi festival? Where are the closest accomodation to the festival venue?
Terdapat bermacam resort, homestay dan campsite dalam daerah Lenggong. Anda juga boleh bermalam di Kuala Kangsar (3o minit dari lokasi), Taiping (1 jam dari lokasi) dan Ipoh (1 jam setengah dari lokasi)
There are resorts, homestays and campsites within the Lenggong district. You can also spend the night in Kuala Kangsar (30 mins away), Taiping (1 hour away) and Ipoh (1 hour away)
6. Berapa jauh lokasi festival dari Kuala Lumpur? How far is the venue from Kuala Lumpur?
Resort Tasik Raban, Lenggong, Perak terletak 220km dan lebih kurang 3 jam melalui kereta dari Kuala Lumpur.

7. Parking macam mana? How’s the parking?
Terdapat parking limited di sekitar Resort Tasik Raban. Kami akan menggunakan bantuan Majlis Daerah Lenggong dan RELA untuk mengawal laluan trafik berjalan lancar dan menyediakan shuttle van untuk mereka yang parking di luar Resort Tasik Raban. Anda tidak dibenarkan untuk parking di dalam kawasan Resort Tasik Raban untuk memberi laluan bagi pengujung festival yang akan berjalan untuk menikmati TAPAUfest dan untuk memberi laluan untuk ambulans sekiranya berlaku sebarang kecemasan. Anda sangatlah digalakkan ‘carpool’ bagi mengelakkan masalah parking dan trafik.
There are limited parking around Resort Tasik Raban. Majlis Daerah Lenggong along with RELA will be in charge of ensuring traffic flow and providing shuttle van to transport those parked outside of Resort Tarik Raban. You are NOT ALLOWED to park inside Resort Tasik Raban to give way for festival goers to walk and enjoy TAPAUfest and also to give way to ambulance in case of any emergency. You are highly encouraged to carpool to avoid traffic and parking issues.
8. Macam mana kalau saya nak datang melalui pengangkutan awam? How do I get there with public transportation?
Kami sarankan melalui keretapi KTM dan berhenti di Kuala Kangsar (30min dari lokasi). Kami akan berusaha untuk menyediakan shuttle van dari stesen Kuala Kangsar ke lokasi. Jadual masa pickup akan diumumkan.
You can take the KTM train and stop at Kuala Kangsar (30mins from venue). We will try to provide shuttle van from Kuala Kangsar station to the venue. The pickup timing schedule will be updated.
9. Jam berapa persembahan di PENTAS bermula? What time does the performance start?
Persembahan di PENTAS bermula jam 5 petang hingga 11.30 malam.
Performance at PENTAS will begin from 5pm – 11.30pm.
10. Apa lagi aktiviti selain persembahan muzik? What activities other than live music performance?Melawat tempat-tempat menarik di Lenggong.

11. Bolehkah saya bawak anak kecil ke TAPAUfest?
Kami tidak menggalakkan kanak-kanak berusia 7 tahun ke bawah untuk hadir atas sebab keselamatan dan keselesaan. Namun kami akan membenarkan semua kanak-kanak berusia 12 tahun ke bawah masuk secara percuma dengan syarat kanak-kanak tersebut wajib ditemani oleh ibu bapa yang bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya terhadap keselamatan dan keselesaan jagaan mereka dalam masa yang sama menghormati keselesaan pengunjung festival yang lain. We dont encourage kids below the age of 7 to join the festival for safety and comfort reasons. However we will allow any kids below the age of 12 to enter for free as long as they are accompanied by their parents who are fully responsible for their safety and comfort at the same time are remain respectful of the comfort of other festival goers.

TERMA & SYARAT / TERMS & CONDITIONS
‘TAPAUfest 2023′ (the “Festival”) jointly operated by TAPAUASIA SDN. BHD. (1373279-K) (the “Event Organiser”) to be held at Resort Tasik Raban (the “Festival Venue”) on 7th & 8th October 2023. These terms and conditions apply to the purchasers of tickets (“Tickets Holder”) to ‘TAPAUfest 2023’.
I) Ticketing and Entrance
1. All ticket sales are final. Tickets may not be cancelled, refunded for cash nor will exchanges be made under any circumstances except if the event is cancelled or postponed by the Event Organizer and in such a case, refunds shall be subject to the Event Organizer’s terms & conditions.
2. Children at the age of 12 and below are not allowed to enter the festival.
3. Ticket holders will need to redeem their tickets for festival wristtags in order to gain entry to the Festival.
4. The ticket holder will need to produce the e-ticket/s (sent to their email after purchase) at the wristband redemption counter in order to redeem your wristband/s and to verify your seating arrangement.
5. The Event Organizer may refuse entry to holders of tickets that are not genuine, purchased or acquired from unauthorized agents, or damaged.
6. Wristbands must be worn at all times and those found without wristbands will be asked to leave the Festival Venue. Festival goers are responsible for their own wristbands. Lost wristbands will not be replaced. Tickets and wristbands will NOT be reissued under any circumstances. Please also note that those who lose their ticket and or wristband at the Festival will be asked to leave the site or repurchase a ticket.
7. The ticket holder shall observe & comply with all event rules, prohibitions and directions given by authorized personnel of the Event Organizer.

9. The Event Organizer reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold or used by third parties in connection with other promotions, without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
10. The Event Organizer reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, event times and audience capacity without any prior notice or compensation to ticket holder.
11. The Event Organiser reserves its rights to cancel the Festival at any time due to a Force Majeure Event, which in the Event Organiser’s sole discretion makes it logistically impossible to continue to operate the Festival. “Force Majeure Event” shall mean anything outside the Event Organizer’s reasonable control, including without limitation, fire, bad weather, damage to Festival venue caused by bad weather, rain, flood, drought, storm, lightning, act of god, explosion, sabotage, accident, labour dispute, council or police rulings or war.
III) Copyright and Intellectual Property
12. The ticket holder grants the Event Organizer (and its assignees) the right to include the ticket holder’s image, likeness, actions, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, film, webcast, stream, or other transmission, exhibition, simulcast, or reproduction made of, or at, the Festival in any medium or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or otherwise.
13. The Event Organizer retains all webcast/Internet rights to the Festival. Any live streams or broadcasts, whether for Internet or otherwise, from the Festival must be specifically agreed to in advance with the Event Organizer. No one may transmit, broadcast, or communicate any live audio or audiovisual images from Festival site without the Event Organizer’s prior written permission. Even if you are a performer or sponsor, the broadcasting, displaying, or communicating any live audio or audiovisual images (whether for personal, commercial, or other use) is expressly prohibited, without the prior written permission of the Event Organizer.
IV) Safety, Loss and Damage
14. Ticket holders consent to have medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of an injury, accident, or illness during the Festivaland affirmatively releases the Event Organizer and all persons participating in such medical treatment from all responsibility for any such actions.
15. Ticket holders accept the risks and dangers inherent in a music Festival including without limitation the risk of serious injury and death, and ticket holders acknowledge that it is their responsibility to take steps to protect their own safety and handle challenging situations that may present themselves. If you choose to attend the Festival, you do so at your own risk, waiving and forgoing any right to make any claims for loss and injury.
16. Ticket holders must not cause damage to, improperly use, remove, steal or tamper with any public facility or Festival infrastructure (“Festival Property”). Ticket holders agree and are fully liable for any loss or damage to Festival Property or other damage caused.
17. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Event Organizer does not accept liability of any nature for the acts, omissions or default of the Event Organizer or of any third parties providing services in connection with the Festivalor any liability for any death, injury, damage, loss, delay or additional expenses which may be incurred by ticket holders at or in association with the Festival.
18. The Event Organizer will not be held responsible whatsoever for any loss or damage to any property (including without limitation personal property such as tents, cars, bags, money or other personal items) brought to or purchased at the Festival, including property which is left on the Festival venue following an emergency evacuation.
19. The Event Organizer does not accept liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay or additional expenses which may be incurred by ticket holder/s as a result of a Force Majeure Event (defined above in clause 11), cancellation of the Festival due to a Force Majeure Event or shortening of the Festival due to a Force Majeure Event.
