FAQ

1. Macam mana nak redeem wristtag? How to redeem your wristtag?
E-ticket akan dihantar ke email anda setelah membeli tiket. Tunjukkan QR code yang terdapat dalam e-ticket itu (tak perlu cetak, boleh tunjuk melalui telefon pintar), untuk discan di kaunter dan anda akan diberikan wristband.
An e-ticket has been sent to your email after purchasing the ticket. Show the QR code in the e-ticket (no need to print, show it on your phone) which will scanned at the counter for wristtag redemption.

2. Bolehkah saya tukar tangan untuk tiket? Can the ticket change hands?
Tidak boleh. Ini kerana setiap QR code mempunyai butiran anda. Sekiranya anda tidak dapat hadir dan ingin memberi tiket kepada orang lain, penganjur tidak bertanggungjawab sekiranya QR kod anda telah digunakan.

3. Bolehkah anak kecik menghadiri konsert?
Kanak-kanak berusia bawah 18 tahun tidak dibenarkan menghadiri konsert.

5. Bolehkah saya merakam konsert?
Sebarang alatan rakaman foto dan video profesional (DSLR, GoPro, etc) tidak dibenarkan sama sekali . Anda boleh merakam atau mengambil foto menggunakan telefon asalkan tidak merakam sepanjang lagu atau konsert dan mengganggu ketenteraman penonton konsert lain.
Any professional photo and video recording equipment (DSLR, GoPro, etc.) is strictly prohibited. You may record or take photos using your phone as long as it does not disrupt the peace of other concert attendees and is not done throughout the entire song or concert.

DO’s:

1. Tiba awal: Rancang untuk tiba di tempat acara dengan lebih awal untuk mengelakkan ketinggalan sebarang bahagian persembahan. Ini juga memberi peluang untuk mencari tempat yang baik dan selesa.
   Arrive early: Plan to arrive at the venue ahead of time to avoid missing any part of the performance. This will also give you a chance to find a good spot and get settled in.
2. Ikuti arahan: Hormati dan patuhi peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh tempat acara. Ini mungkin termasuk sekatan terhadap makanan dan minuman dari luar, kawasan merokok, dan barang-barang yang dilarang. Kerjasama penting untuk keselamatan dan keselesaan semua.
   Follow venue guidelines: Respect and adhere to the rules and regulations set by the venue. These may include restrictions on outside food and drinks, smoking areas, and prohibited items. Cooperation is essential for everyone’s safety and enjoyment.
3. Berinteraksi dengan artis: Nyanyi bersama, berdansa, dan layan muzik. Tunjukkan penghargaan anda terhadap persembahan artis. Berkongsi tenaga positif dengan rakan penonton, menggalakkan rasa kebersamaan dan kegembiraan.
   Engage with the artists: Sing along, dance, and immerse yourself in the music. Show your appreciation for the artists’ performances. Share positive energy with fellow festival goers, fostering a sense of unity and excitement.
4. Jaga satu sama lain: Konsert juga tempat mencipta rasa komuniti. Jika anda melihat seseorang yang memerlukan bantuan atau dalam kesulitan, tawarkan bantuan atau beritahu kakitangan tempat atau pihak keselamatan. Kita boleh meningkatkan pengalaman dengan menyokong satu sama lain.
   Look out for each other: Festivals often create a sense of community. If you notice someone in need of help or in distress, offer assistance or alert the venue staff or security personnel. We can make the experience better by supporting one another.

DON’Ts:

1. Bertindak kasar dan agresif: Konsert merupakan tempat berseronok dan inklusif. Elakkan daripada terlibat dalam sebarang bentuk perilaku agresif atau keganasan, seperti bergaduh, bertolak, atau menyebabkan kecederaan kepada orang lain secara sengaja. Mari cipta persekitaran selamat untuk semua.
   Engage in aggressive behavior: Concerts are meant to be enjoyable and inclusive. Refrain from engaging in any form of aggressive or violent behavior, such as fighting, pushing, or purposefully causing harm to others. Let’s create a safe environment for everyone.
2. Menghalang pandangan orang lain: Elakkan daripada menghalang pandangan penonton konsert lain. Jangan angkat sebarang tanda besar, kamera, atau telefon pintar untuk jangka masa yang panjang. Hormati hak orang lain untuk menikmati persembahan sepenuhnya.
   Block others’ views: Avoid obstructing the view of fellow concert goers. Refrain from holding up large signs, cameras, or smartphones for an extended period. Respect others’ ability to fully enjoy the performance.
3. Merekod secara berlebihan: Walaupun merakam kenangan adalah sebahagian daripada pengalaman, rakaman berlebihan boleh mengganggu saat sekarang. Berhati-hati dengan aktiviti merakam anda dan elakkan daripada menghalang pandangan orang lain atau menjadi terlalu terpesona dengan merekod seluruh persembahan.
   Record excessively: While capturing memories is part of the experience, excessive recording can detract from the present moment. Be mindful of your recording activities and avoid blocking others’ views or becoming overly absorbed in recording the entire show.
4. Membaling sebarang objek: Jangan membaling objek seperti botol, cawan, atau sebarang item lain ke dalam kawasan penonton atau ke atas pentas. Perilaku sedemikian membahayakan keselamatan semua orang. Mari tumpukan perhatian kepada muzik dan artis.
   Throw objects: Do not throw objects such as bottles, cups, or any other items into the crowd or onto the stage. Such behavior poses a risk to everyone’s safety. Let’s keep the focus on the music and the artists.
   
5. Abai arahan keselamatan: Berikan perhatian kepada arahan keselamatan, pengumuman, atau prosedur kecemasan yang disediakan oleh kakitangan tempat. Kenali lokasi pintu kecemasan dan patuhi sebarang arahan kawalan kerumunan dalam situasi kecemasan.
   Ignore safety instructions: Pay attention to safety instructions, announcements, or emergency procedures provided by the venue staff. Familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits and follow any crowd control instructions in case of an emergency.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

‘#TAPAU10tahun’ (the “Concert”) is an event by TAPAUASIA SDN. BHD. (1373279-K) (the “Event Organizer”) and is scheduled to take place at Studio AB, PJ on 28 and 29 December 2024. These terms and conditions are applicable to ticket purchasers (“Ticket Holders”) for #TAPAU10tahun.

I) Ticketing and Entrance
1. All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be canceled, refunded for cash, or exchanged under any circumstances except if the event is canceled or postponed by the Event Organizer. In such cases, refunds will be subject to the Event Organizer’s terms and conditions.
2. Age restriction: Children below the age of 18 are not permitted to enter the Concert.
3. Ticket redemption: Ticket Holders must redeem their tickets for concert wristbands to gain entry.
4. E-ticket presentation: Ticket Holders must present the e-ticket (sent to their email after purchase) at the wristband redemption counter to verify their seating arrangement and receive their wristbands.
5. Only genuine tickets accepted: The Event Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to Ticket Holders with tickets that are not genuine, purchased from unauthorized agents, or damaged.
6. Wristbands: Wristbands must be worn at all times. Lost wristbands will not be replaced, and Ticket Holders without wristbands will be asked to leave the Concert Venue.
7. Compliance: Ticket Holders must adhere to all event rules, prohibitions, and directions provided by authorized Event Organizer personnel.

II) Event Organizer’s Rights
1. Security checks: The Event Organizer has the right to search you and/or your belongings before allowing entry or at any other time. Refusal to consent to a search will result in denial of entry or removal without a refund.
2. Prohibited items: Items such as bottles, glass, weapons, gas canisters, lasers, fireworks, animals, illicit drugs, cigarettes, vape, and professional recording devices are prohibited. Confiscated items will not be returned.
3. Removal for disruptive behavior: The Event Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual behaving in an intoxicated, disorderly, aggressive, offensive, or dangerous manner.
4. Drug policy: Individuals found in possession of or under the influence of illicit drugs will be denied entry, removed from the premises, and may be reported to authorities.
5. Prohibited conduct: Any action that causes injury or discomfort to others will result in removal from the venue.

III) Changes and Cancellation
1. The Event Organizer reserves the right to cancel any tickets resold or used for unauthorized promotions without a refund.
2. The Event Organizer may add, withdraw, or substitute artists and vary advertised programs, event times, and audience capacity without prior notice or compensation.
3. In the event of Force Majeure (e.g., extreme weather, natural disaster, war), the Event Organizer may cancel the Concert without compensation if continuing the event is logistically impossible.

IV) Copyright and Intellectual Property
1. By attending the Concert, Ticket Holders grant the Event Organizer the right to use their image, appearance, and statements in any media for promotional purposes without further consent.
2. Live streaming or broadcasting from the Concert is prohibited without prior written consent from the Event Organizer.

V) Safety, Loss, and Damage
1. Ticket Holders consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary in case of injury, accident, or illness during the Concert and release the Event Organizer from any liability.
2. Ticket Holders accept the inherent risks of attending a music concert, including serious injury or death, and attend at their own risk.
3. Ticket Holders are fully responsible for any damage to Concert property caused by their actions.
4. The Event Organizer is not liable for lost or damaged personal property brought to the Concert.
5. The Event Organizer is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss due to Force Majeure or event cancellation/shortening due to such events.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the above terms and conditions.

TERMA & SYARAT

‘#TAPAU10tahun’ (konsert) adalah acara oleh TAPAUASIA SDN. BHD. (1373279-K) (Penganjur Acara) dan dijadualkan berlangsung di Studio AB, PJ pada 28 dan 29 Disember 2024. Terma dan syarat ini terpakai kepada pembeli tiket (“Pemegang Tiket”) untuk #TAPAU10tahun.

I) Pembelian Tiket dan Kemasukan
1. Semua jualan tiket adalah muktamad. Tiket tidak boleh dibatalkan, dikembalikan dalam bentuk wang tunai, atau ditukar kecuali jika acara dibatalkan atau ditangguhkan oleh Penganjur Acara.
2. Had umur: Kanak-kanak di bawah 18 tahun tidak dibenarkan masuk.
3. Penebusan tiket: Pemegang Tiket mesti menukar tiket kepada gelang tangan konsert untuk masuk.
4. Pembentangan e-tiket: Pemegang Tiket mesti menunjukkan e-tiket (dihantar melalui e-mel selepas pembelian) di kaunter penebusan gelang untuk pengesahan tempat duduk dan mendapatkan gelang tangan.
5. Tiket tulen sahaja: Penganjur Acara berhak menolak kemasukan tiket palsu atau dari ejen tidak sah.
6. Gelang tangan: Gelang tangan mesti dipakai sepanjang masa, dan gelang tangan yang hilang tidak akan diganti.
7. Pematuhan: Pemegang Tiket mesti mematuhi semua arahan Penganjur Acara.

II) Hak Penganjur Acara
1. Pemeriksaan keselamatan: Penganjur Acara berhak memeriksa anda dan/atau barang milik anda sebelum membenarkan kemasukan atau pada bila-bila masa. Keengganan untuk membenarkan pemeriksaan akan mengakibatkan larangan kemasukan atau pengusiran tanpa pemulangan wang.
2. Barang larangan: Botol, kaca, senjata, bahan terlarang, dan peranti rakaman profesional dilarang. Barang rampasan tidak akan dikembalikan.
Pengusiran untuk kelakuan mengganggu: Individu yang mabuk, agresif, atau berbahaya akan dikeluarkan.
3. Dasar dadah: Individu yang memiliki atau di bawah pengaruh dadah akan tidak dibenarkan masuk dan dilaporkan kepada pihak berkuasa.
4. Larangan kelakuan: Sebarang kelakuan yang membahayakan akan dikenakan tindakan pengusiran.

III) Perubahan dan Pembatalan
1. Penganjur Acara berhak membatalkan tiket yang dijual semula tanpa bayaran balik.
2. Penganjur Acara boleh menukar artis, waktu acara, dan kapasiti tanpa notis atau pampasan.
3. Dalam kes Force Majeure (contoh: cuaca buruk, bencana alam), Penganjur Acara boleh membatalkan acara tanpa pampasan.

IV) Hak Cipta dan Harta Intelek
1. Pemegang Tiket memberi kebenaran kepada Penganjur Acara untuk menggunakan imej mereka dalam sebarang media untuk tujuan promosi.
2. Siaran langsung atau rakaman dari Konsert adalah dilarang tanpa kebenaran bertulis.

V) Keselamatan, Kehilangan, dan Kerosakan
1. Pemegang Tiket bersetuju menerima rawatan perubatan jika perlu dan melepaskan Penganjur Acara daripada tanggungjawab.
2. Pemegang Tiket sedar risiko kecederaan serius dan hadir atas risiko sendiri.
3. Pemegang Tiket bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kerosakan pada harta Konsert.
4. Penganjur Acara tidak bertanggungjawab atas kehilangan harta peribadi di Konsert.
5. Penganjur Acara tidak bertanggungjawab atas kecederaan atau kerugian akibat Force Majeure.

Dengan pembelian tiket, anda bersetuju dengan terma dan syarat di atas.
