1. Macam mana nak redeem E-ticket? How to redeem your E-ticket?
E-ticket akan dihantar ke email anda setelah membeli tiket. Tunjukkan QR code yang terdapat dalam e-ticket itu (tak perlu cetak, boleh tunjuk melalui telefon pintar), untuk discan di kaunter.
An e-ticket has been sent to your email after purchasing the ticket. Show the QR code in the e-ticket (no need to print, show it on your phone) which will scanned at the counter.

2. Bolehkah saya tukar tangan untuk tiket? Can the ticket change hands?
Tidak boleh. Ini kerana setiap QR code mempunyai butiran anda. Sekiranya anda tidak dapat hadir dan ingin memberi tiket kepada orang lain, penganjur tidak bertanggungjawab sekiranya QR kod anda telah digunakan.

3. Bolehkah anak kecik menghadiri konsert?
Mereka yang berumur 12 tahun kebawah hendaklah diiringi oleh ibu/bapa/penjaga.

5. Bolehkah saya merakam konsert?
Sebarang alatan rakaman foto dan video profesional (DSLR, GoPro, etc) tidak dibenarkan sama sekali . Anda boleh merakam atau mengambil foto menggunakan telefon asalkan tidak merakam sepanjang lagu atau konsert dan mengganggu ketenteraman penonton konsert lain.

DON’Ts:

   Engage in aggressive behavior: Concerts are meant to be enjoyable and inclusive. Refrain from engaging in any form of aggressive or violent behavior, such as fighting, pushing, or purposefully causing harm to others. Let’s create a safe environment for everyone.
2. Menghalang pandangan orang lain: Elakkan daripada menghalang pandangan penonton konsert lain. Jangan angkat sebarang tanda besar, kamera, atau telefon pintar untuk jangka masa yang panjang. Hormati hak orang lain untuk menikmati persembahan sepenuhnya.
   Block others’ views: Avoid obstructing the view of fellow concert goers. Refrain from holding up large signs, cameras, or smartphones for an extended period. Respect others’ ability to fully enjoy the performance.
3. Merekod secara berlebihan: Walaupun merakam kenangan adalah sebahagian daripada pengalaman, rakaman berlebihan boleh mengganggu saat sekarang. 1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of tickets for the small gig at Similar Showcase (“Event”). By purchasing a ticket, you (“Ticket Purchaser”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. The organizer of the Event (“Organizer”) reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Ticket Purchase

2.1 Eligibility:
Tickets may be purchased by individuals of all ages. However, attendees under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

2.2 Payment:
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

2.3 Proof of Payment:
Proof of payment must be presented at the venue door for entry to the Event.

3. Event Entry

3.1 Valid ID:
Entry to the Event requires proof of payment. Attendees aged 12 and over must present an ID. For those under 12, the accompanying parent or guardian must present a valid ID.

3.2 Prohibited Items:
The following items are prohibited at the Event: weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages, professional cameras, and recording devices.

3.3 Search:
Attendees may be subject to a search upon entry. Refusal to comply with search procedures may result in denied entry without refund.

3.4 Behavior:
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person exhibiting disorderly behavior or violating these Terms.

4. Event Changes and Cancellations

4.1 Event Changes:
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Event’s date, time, and venue. In such cases, proof of payment will be valid for the rescheduled Event.

4.2 Cancellations:
If the Event is canceled, no refunds will be provided. The Organizer is not responsible for any additional costs or expenses incurred by the Ticket Purchaser.

5. Liability

5.1 Personal Injury:
The Organizer is not liable for any personal injury or property damage occurring at the Event unless caused by the Organizer’s negligence.

5.2 Lost or Stolen Property:
The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

5.3 Force Majeure:
The Organizer is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, and public health emergencies.

6. Data Protection

6.1 Personal Information:
The Organizer will collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. This information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Event.

6.2 Marketing:
By purchasing a ticket, the Ticket Purchaser consents to receive marketing communications from the Organizer. The Ticket Purchaser can opt-out at any time.

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, the Ticket Purchaser acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
