1. How do I redeem my ticket?
Simply show your e-ticket or confirmation at the entrance. Our crew will scan and give you a wristband or stamp for entry. Easy as that.

2. Can I exchange my ticket for another day or pass it to someone else?
Nope. All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Once it’s yours, it’s yours.

3. Is there an age limit to attend?
No age limit. Everyone’s welcome — whether you’re moshing, skanking, or just vibing. But parental guidance is advised for young kids.

4. Can I record the performance?
Hell yes. Record all the f* you want!** Take photos, videos, go live — just don’t block someone’s view or climb the speaker stack.

Arrive early: Plan to arrive at the venue ahead of time to avoid missing any part of the performance. This will also give you a chance to find a good spot and get settled in.

Look out for each other: Festivals often create a sense of community. If you notice someone in need of help or in distress, offer assistance or alert the venue staff or security personnel. We can make the experience better by supporting one another.

DON’Ts:

Bertindak kasar dan agresif: Konsert merupakan tempat berseronok dan inklusif. Elakkan daripada terlibat dalam sebarang bentuk perilaku agresif atau keganasan, seperti bergaduh, bertolak, atau menyebabkan kecederaan kepada orang lain secara sengaja. Mari cipta persekitaran selamat untuk semua.
Engage in aggressive behavior: Concerts are meant to be enjoyable and inclusive. Refrain from engaging in any form of aggressive or violent behavior, such as fighting, pushing, or purposefully causing harm to others. Let’s create a safe environment for everyone.

Menghalang pandangan orang lain: Elakkan daripada menghalang pandangan penonton konsert lain. Jangan angkat sebarang tanda besar, kamera, atau telefon pintar untuk jangka masa yang panjang. Hormati hak orang lain untuk menikmati persembahan sepenuhnya.
Block others’ views: Avoid obstructing the view of fellow concert goers. Refrain from holding up large signs, cameras, or smartphones for an extended period. Respect others’ ability to fully enjoy the performance.

Merekod secara berlebihan: Walaupun merakam kenangan adalah sebahagian daripada pengalaman, rakaman berlebihan boleh mengganggu saat sekarang. Record excessively: While capturing memories is part of the experience, excessive recording can detract from the present moment. Be mindful of your recording activities and avoid blocking others’ views or becoming overly absorbed in recording the entire show.

Membaling sebarang objek: Jangan membaling objek seperti botol, cawan, atau sebarang item lain ke dalam kawasan penonton atau ke atas pentas. Perilaku sedemikian membahayakan keselamatan semua orang. Mari tumpukan perhatian kepada muzik dan artis.
Throw objects: Do not throw objects such as bottles, cups, or any other items into the crowd or onto the stage. Such behavior poses a risk to everyone’s safety. Let’s keep the focus on the music and the artists.

Abai arahan keselamatan: Berikan perhatian kepada arahan keselamatan, pengumuman, atau prosedur kecemasan yang disediakan oleh kakitangan tempat. Kenali lokasi pintu kecemasan dan patuhi sebarang arahan kawalan kerumunan dalam situasi kecemasan.
Ignore safety instructions: Pay attention to safety instructions, announcements, or emergency procedures provided by the venue staff. Familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits and follow any crowd control instructions in case of an emergency.

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the venue for GIG NUSANTASKA, all attendees agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Ticket Policy
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued. Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket or wristband.

2. Admission Rights
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who: Causes disruption or danger Appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs Fails to comply with venue or event rules No re-entry is allowed unless stated otherwise at the gate.

3. Safety & Liability
Attendees enter the venue at their own risk. The organizer will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or theft sustained during the event. Medical and security personnel will be on standby. Please seek help if needed.

4. Prohibited Items
Strictly no weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, glass bottles, or outside food/drinks. No professional cameras, drones, or recording equipment unless approved by the organizer.

5. Event Changes
The organizer reserves the right to change the event lineup, schedule, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances. Updates will be shared on official platforms (social media / website).

6. Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to be photographed and filmed. The footage may be used for promotional purposes by the organizer.

7. Respect the Community
Respect the venue, staff, performers, and fellow attendees. NUSANTASKA is a celebration of music, unity, and culture — let’s keep it safe and positive for everyone.
