1. Tickets can be redeemed at the ticket redemption counter by 7:30 PM on 14 June 2025, located at BE.KL.
2. Please present a valid ID at the redemption counter.
3. This is a standing event for attendees of all ages. Little rockers must stick with their grown-ups—no solo missions!

DON’Ts:

Engage in aggressive behavior: Concerts are meant to be enjoyable and inclusive. Refrain from engaging in any form of aggressive or violent behavior, such as fighting, pushing, or purposefully causing harm to others. Let’s create a safe environment for everyone.

Throw objects: Do not throw objects such as bottles, cups, or any other items into the crowd or onto the stage. Such behavior poses a risk to everyone’s safety. Let’s keep the focus on the music and the artists.

‘JEMSON STR KUALA LUMPUR! (2025)’ (the “Concert”) is organized by JEMSON OG & MERCH ENTERPRISE 202203135263 (AS0448666-T) (the “Event Organizer”) and is scheduled to take place in BE.KL, CHERAS. These terms and conditions are applicable to all ticket purchasers (“Ticket Holders”) for ‘EMSON STR KUALA LUMPUR! (2025)’.

1. Outside food and drinks, tents, foldable chairs, DSLRs, drones, alcohol and smoking indoors are strictly prohibited at this venue. Please visit @be.klhq on Instagram for full list of allowable and non-allowed items.
2. The event organiser reserves the right to cancel, reschedule and/or relocate the event under unforeseen circumstances and in accordance with prevailing government guidelines.
3. The event organiser reserves the right to film and record the audience during the event for promotional, security, and documentation purposes. By attending the event, attendees consent to being filmed and recorded, and agree that recordings will be used in accordance with privacy laws.
