1. Macam mana nak redeem wrist tag? How to redeem your wrist tag?
E-ticket akan dihantar ke email anda setelah membeli tiket. Tunjukkan QR code yang terdapat dalam e-ticket itu (tak perlu cetak, boleh tunjuk melalui telefon pintar), untuk discan di kaunter dan anda akan diberikan wristband.
An e-ticket has been sent to your email after purchasing the ticket. Show the QR code in the e-ticket (no need to print, show it on your phone) which will scanned at the counter for wristtag redemption.
2. Bolehkah saya tukar tangan untuk tiket? Can the ticket change hands?
Tidak boleh. Ini kerana setiap QR code mempunyai butiran anda. Sekiranya anda tidak dapat hadir dan ingin memberi tiket kepada orang lain, penganjur tidak bertanggungjawab sekiranya QR kod anda telah digunakan.

3. Bolehkah anak kecik menghadiri konsert?
Kanak-kanak berusia bawah 7 tahun tidak dibenarkan menghadiri konsert. Mereka yang berumur 18 tahun kebawah hendaklah diiringi oleh ibu/bapa/penjaga.
Kids below the age of 7 are not allowed at the concert. Those who are 18 years old and below need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
5. Bolehkah saya merakam konsert?
Sebarang alatan rakaman foto dan video profesional (DSLR, GoPro, etc) tidak dibenarkan sama sekali . Anda boleh merakam atau mengambil foto menggunakan telefon asalkan tidak merakam sepanjang lagu atau konsert dan mengganggu ketenteraman penonton konsert lain.
Any professional photo and video recording equipment (DSLR, GoPro, etc.) is strictly prohibited. You may record or take photos using your phone as long as it does not disrupt the peace of other concert attendees and is not done throughout the entire song or concert.
DO’s:
- Tiba awal: Rancang untuk tiba di tempat acara dengan lebih awal untuk mengelakkan ketinggalan sebarang bahagian persembahan. Ini juga memberi peluang untuk mencari tempat yang baik dan selesa.
Arrive early: Plan to arrive at the venue ahead of time to avoid missing any part of the performance. This will also give you a chance to find a good spot and get settled in.

DON’Ts:

Engage in aggressive behavior: Concerts are meant to be enjoyable and inclusive. Refrain from engaging in any form of aggressive or violent behavior, such as fighting, pushing, or purposefully causing harm to others. Let’s create a safe environment for everyone.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
‘SPIDER : Keluar Sarang’ (the “Concert”) is a collaborative effort between IFIX ENTERTAINMENT. (1373279-K) (the “Event Organizer”) and is scheduled to take place at ZEPP KL (the “Concert Venue”) on JUNE 22, 2024. These terms and conditions are applicable to ticket purchasers (“Ticket Holders”) for ‘‘SPIDER : KELUAR SARANG’
I) Ticketing and Entrance
- All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be canceled, refunded for cash, or exchanged under any circumstances except if the event is canceled or postponed by the Event Organizer. In such cases, refunds will be subject to the Event Organizer’s terms and conditions.
- Children below the age of 18 are not permitted to enter the concert.
- Ticket holders must redeem their tickets for concert wristbands to gain entry to the Concert.
- The ticket holder must present the e-ticket/s (sent to their email after purchase) at the wristband redemption counter to redeem their wristband/s and verify their seating arrangement.
- The Event Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to ticket holders with tickets that are not genuine, purchased or obtained from unauthorized agents, or damaged.
- Wristbands must be worn at all times. Those found without wristbands will be asked to leave the Concert Venue. Concert-goers are responsible for their own wristbands. Lost wristbands will not be replaced. Tickets and wristbands will NOT be reissued under any circumstances. Please note that those who lose their ticket or wristband at the Concert will be asked to leave the site or repurchase a ticket.
- The ticket holder must adhere to all event rules, prohibitions, and directions provided by authorized personnel of the Event Organizer.
- The Event Organizer has the right to:
- Search your person and/or your possessions before allowing entry to the Concert or at any other time. Refusal to consent to a search will result in immediate refusal of entry or removal from the Concert Venue without a refund.
- Confiscate any Prohibited Items found in your possession and/or refuse you entry to, or remove you from, the Concert Venue if you are found with Prohibited Items in your possession. “Prohibited Items” include bottles, glass, weapons, gas bottles, lasers, fireworks, pyrotechnics, flares, animals, illicit drugs, cigarettes, vape, professional recording devices, and any object that the Organizer considers may be used in a dangerous or offensive manner. Confiscated Prohibited Items will not be returned.
- Refuse entry to or remove from the premises any person behaving in an intoxicated, disorderly, aggressive, offensive, or dangerous manner, or in any manner that poses a potential threat to security or the smooth operation of the Concert. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who are involved in crowd surfing, moshing, or slam dancing, causing injury or discomfort to others.
- Refuse entry to, remove from the premises, and/or report to the authorities any person found to be in possession of, or apparently under the influence of illicit drugs.
- Refuse entry and/or expel from the premises any person displaying unruly conduct and/or in violation of any venue and/or ticketing terms & conditions.
II) Changes and Cancellation
- The Event Organizer reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold or used by third parties in connection with other promotions, without a refund, and the ticket bearer may be denied admission.
- The Event Organizer reserves the right to add, withdraw, or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, event times, and audience capacity without any prior notice or compensation to the ticket holder.
- The Event Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Concert at any time due to a Force Majeure Event, which, in the Event Organizer’s sole discretion, makes it logistically impossible to continue the operation of the Concert. “Force Majeure Event” refers to anything beyond the Event Organizer’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, fire, adverse weather, damage to the Concert Venue caused by adverse weather, rain, flood, drought, storm, lightning, act of God, explosion, sabotage, accident, labor disputes, council or police rulings, or war.
III) Copyright and Intellectual Property
- The ticket holder grants the Event Organizer (and its assignees) the right to include the ticket holder’s image, likeness, actions, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, film, webcast, stream, or other transmission, exhibition, simulcast, or reproduction made at the Concert in any medium or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization.
- The Event Organizer retains all webcast/Internet rights to the Concert. Any live streams or broadcasts, whether for the Internet or otherwise, from the Concert must be specifically agreed to in advance with the Event Organizer. No one may transmit, broadcast, or communicate any live audio or audiovisual images from the Concert site without the prior written permission of the Event Organizer. This prohibition includes performers and sponsors. Broadcasting, displaying, or communicating any live audio or audiovisual images (whether for personal, commercial, or other use) is expressly prohibited without the prior written permission of the Event Organizer.
IV) Safety, Loss, and Damage
- Ticket holders consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of an injury, accident, or illness during the Concert. They affirmatively release the Event Organizer and all persons participating in such medical treatment from all responsibility for any such actions.
- Ticket holders acknowledge and accept the risks and dangers inherent in a music Concert, including, but not limited to, the risk of serious injury and death. They understand that it is their responsibility to protect their safety and manage challenging situations that may arise. By choosing to attend the Concert, ticket holders do so at their own risk and waive any right to make claims for loss and injury.
- Ticket holders must not cause damage to, improperly use, remove, steal, or tamper with any public facility or Concert infrastructure (“Concert Property”). They agree to be fully liable for any loss or damage to Concert Property or other damage caused.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Event Organizer does not accept any liability for the acts, omissions, or defaults of the Event Organizer or third parties providing services in connection with the Concert. This includes any liability for death, injury, damage, loss, delay, or additional expenses incurred by ticket holders at or in connection with the Concert.
- The Event Organizer will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to property (including personal property such as tents, cars, bags, money, or other personal items) brought to or purchased at the Concert. This includes property left at the Concert venue following an emergency evacuation.
- The Event Organizer does not accept liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or additional expenses incurred by ticket holder/s as a result of a Force Majeure Event (defined in clause 11), cancellation of the Concert due to a Force Majeure Event, or the shortening of the Concert due to a Force Majeure Event.
