1. Macam mana nak redeem E-ticket? How to redeem your E-ticket?
E-ticket akan dihantar ke email anda setelah membeli tiket. Tunjukkan QR code yang terdapat dalam e-ticket itu (tak perlu cetak, boleh tunjuk melalui telefon pintar), untuk discan di kaunter.
An e-ticket has been sent to your email after purchasing the ticket. Show the QR code in the e-ticket (no need to print, show it on your phone) which will scanned at the counter.
2. Bolehkah saya tukar tangan untuk tiket? Can the ticket change hands?
Tidak boleh. Ini kerana setiap QR code mempunyai butiran anda. Sekiranya anda tidak dapat hadir dan ingin memberi tiket kepada orang lain, penganjur tidak bertanggungjawab sekiranya QR kod anda telah digunakan.
No. This is because each QR code has your details. If you want to give your ticket to somebody else, the organiser will not be responsible if your QR code has been used
3. Bolehkah anak kecik menghadiri konsert?
Mereka yang berumur 12 tahun kebawah hendaklah diiringi oleh ibu/bapa/penjaga.
Those who are 12 years old and below need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
4. Bolehkah saya merakam konsert?
Sebarang alatan rakaman foto dan video profesional (DSLR, GoPro, etc) tidak dibenarkan sama sekali . Anda boleh merakam atau mengambil foto menggunakan telefon asalkan tidak merakam sepanjang lagu atau konsert dan mengganggu ketenteraman penonton konsert lain.
Any professional photo and video recording equipment (DSLR, GoPro, etc.) is strictly prohibited. You may record or take photos using your phone as long as it does not disrupt the peace of other concert attendees and is not done throughout the entire song or concert.
DO’s:
Tiba awal: Rancang untuk tiba di tempat acara dengan lebih awal untuk mengelakkan ketinggalan sebarang bahagian persembahan. Ini juga memberi peluang untuk mencari tempat yang baik dan selesa.
Arrive early: Plan to arrive at the venue ahead of time to avoid missing any part of the performance. This will also give you a chance to find a good spot and get settled in.
Ikuti arahan: Hormati dan patuhi peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh tempat acara. Ini mungkin termasuk sekatan terhadap makanan dan minuman dari luar, kawasan merokok, dan barang-barang yang dilarang. Kerjasama penting untuk keselamatan dan keselesaan semua.
Follow venue guidelines: Respect and adhere to the rules and regulations set by the venue. These may include restrictions on outside food and drinks, smoking areas, and prohibited items. Cooperation is essential for everyone’s safety and enjoyment.

Jaga satu sama lain: Konsert juga tempat mencipta rasa komuniti. Jika anda melihat seseorang yang memerlukan bantuan atau dalam kesulitan, tawarkan bantuan atau beritahu kakitangan tempat atau pihak keselamatan. Kita boleh meningkatkan pengalaman dengan menyokong satu sama lain.
Look out for each other: Festivals often create a sense of community. If you notice someone in need of help or in distress, offer assistance or alert the venue staff or security personnel. We can make the experience better by supporting one another.
DON’Ts:
Bertindak kasar dan agresif: Konsert merupakan tempat berseronok dan inklusif. Elakkan daripada terlibat dalam sebarang bentuk perilaku agresif atau keganasan, seperti bergaduh, bertolak, atau menyebabkan kecederaan kepada orang lain secara sengaja. Mari cipta persekitaran selamat untuk semua.
Engage in aggressive behavior: Concerts are meant to be enjoyable and inclusive. Refrain from engaging in any form of aggressive or violent behavior, such as fighting, pushing, or purposefully causing harm to others. Let’s create a safe environment for everyone.
Menghalang pandangan orang lain: Elakkan daripada menghalang pandangan penonton konsert lain. Jangan angkat sebarang tanda besar, kamera, atau telefon pintar untuk jangka masa yang panjang. Hormati hak orang lain untuk menikmati persembahan sepenuhnya.
Block others’ views: Avoid obstructing the view of fellow concert goers. Refrain from holding up large signs, cameras, or smartphones for an extended period. Respect others’ ability to fully enjoy the performance.
Merekod secara berlebihan: Walaupun merakam kenangan adalah sebahagian daripada pengalaman, rakaman berlebihan boleh mengganggu saat sekarang. Berhati-hati dengan aktiviti merakam anda dan elakkan daripada menghalang pandangan orang lain atau menjadi terlalu terpesona dengan merekod seluruh persembahan.
Record excessively: While capturing memories is part of the experience, excessive recording can detract from the present moment. Be mindful of your recording activities and avoid blocking others’ views or becoming overly absorbed in recording the entire show.
Membaling sebarang objek: Jangan membaling objek seperti botol, cawan, atau sebarang item lain ke dalam kawasan penonton atau ke atas pentas. Perilaku sedemikian membahayakan keselamatan semua orang. Mari tumpukan perhatian kepada muzik dan artis.
Throw objects: Do not throw objects such as bottles, cups, or any other items into the crowd or onto the stage. Such behavior poses a risk to everyone’s safety. Let’s keep the focus on the music and the artists.
Abai arahan keselamatan: Berikan perhatian kepada arahan keselamatan, pengumuman, atau prosedur kecemasan yang disediakan oleh kakitangan tempat. Kenali lokasi pintu kecemasan dan patuhi sebarang arahan kawalan kerumunan dalam situasi kecemasan.
Ignore safety instructions: Pay attention to safety instructions, announcements, or emergency procedures provided by the venue staff. Familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits and follow any crowd control instructions in case of an emergency.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of tickets for the small gig at Similar Showcase (“Event”). By purchasing a ticket, you (“Ticket Purchaser”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. The organizer of the Event (“Organizer”) reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2.1 Eligibility:
Tickets may be purchased by individuals of all ages. However, attendees under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
2.2 Payment:
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
2.3 Proof of Payment:
Proof of payment must be presented at the venue door for entry to the Event.
3.1 Valid ID:
Entry to the Event requires proof of payment. Attendees aged 12 and over must present an ID. For those under 12, the accompanying parent or guardian must present a valid ID.
3.2 Prohibited Items:
The following items are prohibited at the Event: weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages, professional cameras, and recording devices.
3.3 Search:
Attendees may be subject to a search upon entry. Refusal to comply with search procedures may result in denied entry without refund.
3.4 Behavior:
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person exhibiting disorderly behavior or violating these Terms.
4.1 Event Changes:
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Event’s date, time, and venue. In such cases, proof of payment will be valid for the rescheduled Event.
4.2 Cancellations:
If the Event is canceled, no refunds will be provided. The Organizer is not responsible for any additional costs or expenses incurred by the Ticket Purchaser.
5.1 Personal Injury:
The Organizer is not liable for any personal injury or property damage occurring at the Event unless caused by the Organizer’s negligence.
5.2 Lost or Stolen Property:
The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
5.3 Force Majeure:
The Organizer is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, and public health emergencies.
6.1 Personal Information:
The Organizer will collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. This information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Event.
6.2 Marketing:
By purchasing a ticket, the Ticket Purchaser consents to receive marketing communications from the Organizer. The Ticket Purchaser can opt-out at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
By purchasing a ticket, the Ticket Purchaser acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
